1. Only the owner and their designated assistant are permitted to access the event area at any given time.
2. Submission of a valid vaccination certificate is required.
3. It is necessary to display an identification card issued by the district’s administration.
4. Both the owner and assistant must provide valid identification information on the registration form.
5. A negative RT-PCR report, conducted within the last 48 hours, is mandatory for participation.
6. The identification card must be surrendered three days prior to the event.
